Pause

These days, I am seeking the peace and calm that comes from gentle beauty and serene environments. I wish I could retreat in such a space for an indefinite period of time, alas, life constantly demands presence, attention and movement. But nothing stops me from mentally retreating into these little corners of serenity, from time to time, in a chaotic day, and one such place that soothes my soul is this Instagram account, curating images of tea houses in China and South East Asia. The perfect virtual spot to pause, breathe and let go.
