Cheeses! And apple slices of different varieties 🙂

  2. That is a gorgeous platter. Anything you serve on it, will immediately be transformed to classy. I see myself serving bruschetta. The bowls seem perfect to hold different toppings.

  3. I regular top blog readers, and your blog is in my one of top blog reading list, I really love and like reading your blogs! And I really liked this post as well..  All the best keep writing.

A platter like this perfect for food styling and to take these Oh so gorgerous pictures of anything served on it. It is extremely versatile to use from serving a Lemon sponge cake to quinoa patties with Coriander dip. It does look very vintage.. so I would be using it from figs to cheese to Indian snacks.. Cant wait to get my hands on it..

  5. Ooh, I would love to serve an arrangement of fruit on that beautiful platter!

  6. would make an amazing cheese platter with some grapes, olives, and crusty bread! yum!

  7. I would love to serve hot parathas or dosas straight from the stove on this:) those biwls would be oerfect for chutneys and dips..can be used as a cheese and fruit platter ofcourse ! But if its mine, mostly would use it as a decor prop, a small brass sculpture and a tiny tealight on the marble platter and some luscious golden yellow/red marigolds in the bowls marigolds in the bowl!! Heaven!!

  8. JAG

I would serve Rice Ghavan on the platter (a Maharashtrian rice pancake/dosa from the Konkan region), with a fresh coconut chutney made in the pestle and a sweet jaggery and coconut condiment and ghee or sweet coconut milk in the small bowls.

  9. Such a beautiful set… i would love to serve hot hot puris with yummy potato curry and few pickles in those small bowls to go with it..:-)

  10. I will use it alternatively to serve fresh Fruits: Strawberries, cherries, Apple, sometimes, fresh veggies: Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Jalapeno and other veggies and drizzle some olive oil over them, occasionally I will use it to serve Pizza as well. Moral: No matter what I am having I will always flatter this lovely piece..:D

  11. I'd like to juxtapose the colour and solid surface of the platter with light, colourful and transparent Vietnamese spring rolls with a dip to go – served with a whole lot of love.
