Paint Me A Rainbow

Inspiration can strike like a bolt of lightning when you least expect it. I became it’s (happy) victim recently while I was at a residential project site, looking through an enormous catalogue of wall paints, in all possible hues, textures and finishes. The spread and richness of colors reminded me of the spectrum of a rainbow and the infinite possibilities of color play and combinations that lie within.

So I did what I do whenever I feel inspired. I put together a few mood boards, choosing the exact shade of the color from the spectrum, that’s speaking to me the most these days. From the violets to the reds, my handy catalogue was put to test to match what I found and loved online and I am so glad that it passed with flying colors. [No pun intended]

These are the hues that I am dreaming of these days. And in another couple of weeks, I know my team at the site would be enamored likewise by these gorgeous colors. Apart from appreciating just the variety of shades possible with Asian Paints, I have been pleasantly surprised by the thought and research put behind their range of health shield paints. Health shield paints kill 99%* of the bacteria and this is the first-ever paint in India with Silver Ion technology** that comes recommended by the Indian Medical Association. The warmth of red is perfect to end the post with, what with the freezing cold these days. See you soon with another sunshine of a post!
