I love looking through old decor magazines and coffee table books. They evoke memories of the time when as a young girl I would look through my mother’s collection of these magazines and take in the slightly faded images and imagine what it would feel like to be in those rooms, in that era gone by.

So when I chanced upon Tricia Carlson‘s albums on Flickr [yes, looks like Flickr still exists!], I knew I had to share my favorites with you. These lovely rooms are perfect to set the mood for a mellow weekend!
